With an ambitious drive and tenacity that has brought him success over the years, Percy has landed at Compass with the hopes to help grow and design business operations while being a fantastic team player who is always willing to lead or follow with the focus to contribute.

Born and raised in Indiana, he graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Public Relations accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications. His experience in previous roles and his academic background has given him the platform to flourish in sales, account management, customer success and business operations over the years.

As a highly motivated individual, he is eager to make an impact within real estate while ensuring the team is set up for success to achieve its goals and deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
